Help Desk
TCG's Help Desk is here to assist those who have purchased our products and might have questions or problems with their installation, configuration and/or operation. Our goal is to help users with their issues and determine if there is an equipment problem requiring repair, we will arrange for prompt repair service.

This service is provided at no cost to customers as long during the product's warranty period.
We also provide telephone and internet based Help Desk support to specific customers for application software covered by support agreement contracts.

Our Help Desk is manned Monday–Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Eastern Time).
