Many clients do not have the resources available to develop or upgrade the software needed to install a new or updated data collection system. TCG can help. We work with such clients to determine if any COTS software can or should be used. We will help determine if a custom developed package is required.

After determining your specifications and system requirements , we can quote and provide pre-configured COTS software (eg. ITScriptNet, Trakland/2000, BackTrack, or IQ App Designer). We will then work with the client to configure and install the software and attendant equipment, and train users. We will provide continuing support as long as the equipment is under warranty.

We can similarly develop and install custom software when that is required.

We can also quote and provide specific label and/or barcode formats to enable immediate use of COTS label printing software (eg. Label Matrix, BarTender, or B-Coder).
